No, as long you are comfortable and able to watch, listen and concentrate. A chair or a pillow on the carpet is fine.
You can repeat the same exercises once or twice in the same session but we would better recommend to repeat the practice only once but in different sessions during the day.
p>We DO NOT recommend mixing or combining different exercises within the same Pranayama session as it can be harmful.
You will find longer and more difficult series of exercises, correctly combined as you continue taking Pranayama courses with us.
No, you shouldn't. It isn't recommended practicing with a full belly, and after the meal is advisable to wait at least 2 hours, 4 hours in case of a copious meal.
This course is mostly about cleaning. Cleaning is to clear up, to get rid of. Like the clouds disappearing and the sky cleared up, or cleaning your house or room and freshness is accomplished.
The result is really worthwhile, to get rid of negativity and become a strong forwarding personality.
Don’t forget to practise, the only way to improve is to actually do it!

Kapalabhati Pranayama is great to clean my lungs. After being a smoker for many years I finally get some air! I never knew breathing is done so low, but it makes sense after the practise. Can I come to some live event?
